Gift certificates are not refundable and must be presented in person at Gentle Touch Massage by Deb at the time service is performed. Lost or misplaced gift certificates can still be redeemed. We have a record of all gift certificates. Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash or credit. Gratuities are not included. Gift certificates are sent as PDF files that can be printed from your computer. If you prefer we can mail the gift certificate also.
